     The cucumber radish salad draws together the peppery taste of radish and the freshness of cucumbers brilliantly. Simple to make, this delightful salad must be consumed within a few hours after it has been made to be fully enjoyed.



INGREDIENTS

  1. Two medium sized cucumbers, cut into 1/4-inch slices.
  2.           
  3. Six small red radishes, cut into 1/8-inch slices.
  4.           
  5. 1/2 teaspoon of dried tarragon.
  6.           
  7. 1/4 cup olive oil.
  8.           
  9. Two tablespoons of tarragon vinegar.
  10. 1/4 teaspoon sugar.
  11. Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
